2-destination trips: Ushuaia & El Calafate
May be, two of the most amazing destinations in Patagonia and for sure, the best of the best in the southern portion of the Argentinian Patagonia. El Calafate with the incredible Perito Moreno Glacier and all the incredible glaciers you can see in Los Glaciares National Park, and Ushuaia which is the southernmost city in the world, and gate to some interesting places such as the Beagle Channel, Tierra del Fuego National Park and the white continent of Antarctica.
Ushuaia & El Calafate: where are these cities located in the map?
Both parts of the southern portion of Patagonia in Argentina. Ushuaia with a surface of 23 km2, and located 23 mts above sea level. It´s the main city in the province of Tierra del fuego, Antartida e Islas del Atlántico Sur, or just Tierra del Fuego. And El Calafate, gate to visit the glaciers, with a surface of 22.9 km2 and located 199 meters above sea level. Check the following map with the location of both cities in Patagonia
