3:00 p.m. Check-in at the Port of Manaus

6:00 p.m. Departure. Rio Solimões navigation. Sunset on the terrace with background music and registration at the reception until 8:00 p.m. for the next day’s tours.

7:00 p.m. Welcome cocktail offered by the Captain presenting the crew, the equipment on board and the safety procedures at Salão lua

8:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Dinner at Kuarup restaurant

Day 2

Saturday

5:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m Continental breakfast at the terrace

7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Breakfast at Kuarup restaurant

8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Morning tour – Motorboard rides and visit to a Caboclo’s home in the region of Lago Janauacá to know their way of life, customs and crops

11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Lecture “Amazon fruits” at Salão Lua

12:00 p.m. A visit to the commander bridge – meeting point at the reception

12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Lunch at the terrace

12:30 p.m. Entertainment with the expedition team on the terrace

1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.  Lunch at Kuarup restaurant

3:00 p.m. A visit to the commander bridge – meeting point at the reception

4:00 p.m Afternoon Tour – Motorboat ride in the Manaquiri region for watching the local fauna and flora or Piranha fishing in the Manaquiri región

7:30 p.m. Entertainment with the expedition team at Salão Lua

8:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Dinner at Kuarup restaurant

9:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m Night tour – Motorboat rides at the Manaquiri región

Day 3

Sunday

5:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Continental breakfast at the terrace

5:45 a.m. – 6:45 a.m. Morning tour – Amazon awakening. Morning tour by motorboats in the Manacapurú region, where birds and a beautiful landscape illuminated by the sunrise can be watched

7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Breakfast at the Kuarup restaurant

8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.  Morning tour – Motorboat rides in the streams region of Manacapurú or Walk through th jungle in the Manacapurú región

11:30 p.m. – 12:00 p.m. Lecture “Amazon People and Culture” at Salão Lua

12:00 p.m. A visit to the commander bridge – meeting point at the reception

12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m Lunch at the terrace

12:30 p.m. Entertainment with the expedition team on the terrace

1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Lunch at Kuarup restaurant

3:00 p.m. A visit to the commander bridge – meeting point at the reception

4:00 p.m. Afternoon Tour – Motorboat rides, visit to the houseboat and opportunity to get to know the local crafts and take a short walk in the region of the Lago Janauari

7:45 p.m. – 9:30 p.m  Gala Dinner at Kuarup restaurant

9:30 p.m. Folkloric show at the Salão Lua

Day 4

Monday

5:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Continental breakfast at the terrace

6:00 a.m. – 6:15 a.m  Watch the meeting of waters of the rios Negro and Solimões

7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.  Breakfast at Kuarup restaurant

8:00 a.m.  Arrival at the Port of Manaus

8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m  Check out and disembarkation

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

• Iberostar Heritage Grand Amazon only accepts children from the age of 08 
• On mondays and fridays, the hotel will be at the port of Manaus for arrivals and departures 
• For more information about purchasing the Manaus city tour, please contact the reception of the ship 
• Introduct yourself at Salão Lua 10 minutes before going out for the tours 
• For excursions/hiking, we suggest that you wear sunscreen, insect repellent, long pants, long-sleeved shirt, closed shoes (no heels), hat or cap 
• We suggest that you take your camera for the tours 
• It is forbbiden to carry alcoholic beverages or smoking during the forest walks
