After breakfast, we’ll embark on our second tour of Rio de Janeiro, featuring the iconic Christ the Redeemer Statue, recently named one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Traveling by comfortable van, we’ll ascend Corcovado Mountain to reach one of the city’s most famous landmarks. From the summit, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Rio de Janeiro’s beaches, mountains, and bays while taking unforgettable photographs.
Following our visit to Christ the Redeemer, we’ll continue discovering some of Rio’s most iconic attractions. The tour includes a panoramic visit to the legendary Maracanã Stadium, a stop at the Sambadrome, home of Rio’s world-famous Carnival celebrations, and a visit to the impressive Metropolitan Cathedral, renowned for its distinctive modern architecture. We’ll also explore the colorful Selarón Steps, one of the city’s most photographed landmarks and a vibrant symbol of Rio’s artistic spirit.
Return to the hotel and enjoy free time for lunch. As this is another half-day trip, you can relax on the beach or consider adding some of our optional tours for a delightful afternoon and evening with interesting dinners and shows.
