Discover Marine Life and Futuristic Science in Rio
Start your tour with pick-up from selected hotels in Rio de Janeiro’s South Zone, including Botafogo, Leme, Copacabana, Ipanema, and Leblon. The tour begins at 9:00 AM and takes you to the Olympic Boulevard, also known as Porto Maravilha, the city’s revitalized port area.
Your first visit will be the Museum of Tomorrow, a modern and interactive science museum dedicated to exploring the future of the planet and humanity. Inside the museum, you will learn about the opportunities and challenges that society may face in the coming decades, especially from the perspective of sustainability and coexistence.
After the museum visit, enjoy a short photo stop at the Kobra Mural, created by Brazilian artist Eduardo Kobra. The mural represents five ethnic groups with realistic portraits, colorful backgrounds, and geometric shapes.
The final stop is AquaRio, the largest marine aquarium in South America. There, you will see more than 5,000 animals from 350 species from around the world, displayed across 28 saltwater tanks. You can observe fish, invertebrates, rays, sharks, and corals, and take photos inside the tunnel of the main tank as marine animals pass above you.
