The tour starts in Buenos Aires, but also can run in reverse if you arrive to Santiago. Buenos Aires is one of the most important cities in  South America, with the european touch, warm of the people, great gastronomy (taste the local beef, the asado and the malbec wine!), awesome architecture, and unique places like Caminito in La Boca, San Telmo, Recoleta, Palermo, Puerto Madeo and more. Next, we will fly to Ushuaia, the southermost city in the world, gate to visit Tierra del Fuego National Park, the Train of the End of the World, the Beagle Channel, and taste the exquisite king crab and the patagonian lamb. Ushuaia is also the gate to visit Cape Horn and the white continent of Antarctica. Day 1

BUENOS AIRES: Arrival to the capital city

Welcome to Buenos Aires, the vibrant capital city of Argentina and one of South America’s most significant cities! Upon arriving at Ministro Pistarini International Airport, also known as Ezeiza, you’ll be ready to dive into the European charm of its architecture, rich history, lively tango scene, fantastic cuisine, and the warmth of the local people, affectionately called “Porteños.” You’ll spend 3 nights in this captivating city, with the first day set aside for relaxation. However, if you’re eager to start exploring right away, check out our optional tours listed below. We offer a range of activities suited to all types of travelers.

Day 2

BUENOS AIRES: City Tour & Dinner Tango Show

After breakfast, embark on a 4-hour city tour to experience the best of Buenos Aires. Known for its European influence, the city’s architecture reflects its rich past when Argentina was one of the world’s leading nations.

The tour includes stops at several iconic areas:

  • La Boca: Famous for Caminito and the Boca Juniors Stadium, known as “La Bombonera.”
  • San Telmo: A traditional area where you can visit the famous San Telmo Fair on Sundays, showcasing intriguing antiques.
  • Plaza de Mayo: Home to the Government House “Casa Rosada,” the Cabildo, the Cathedral, and rich historical sites.
  • Obelisk and 9 de Julio Avenue: Major landmarks in the city.
  • Colon Theatre: One of the world’s most prestigious opera houses. You can opt for a guided tour, but be sure to purchase tickets in advance. Contact us for more details.

The tour will also take you through the neighborhoods of Recoleta, Palermo, and Puerto Madero—a revitalized dockside area known for its excellent gastronomy. Here, you can end your tour with a delightful lunch and savor local cuisine.

Day 3

BUENOS AIRES: Enjoying the countryside. Visit to an estancia in the Pampas

Following breakfast, we’ll head to the Pampas for a visit to a traditional estancia (farm). This classic excursion, often referred to as “Fiesta Gaucha,” offers a taste of local traditions. Enjoy a memorable “Asado Criollo” (barbecue), horse riding, and a traditional folklore show. After an included lunch, watch a gaucho demonstration with horse activities known as Carreras de Sortijas.

We’ll return to the hotel around 5 PM, giving you some free time to relax or explore optional activities listed below.

Day 4

BUENOS AIRES: Good bye to the big city

After breakfast, enjoy some free time until your transfer to the local airport for your flight or to the pier for your next destination. For more details on optional excursions, see the list below.

USHUAIA: Arrival to the end of the world

Welcome to Ushuaia, famously known as the southernmost city in the world and a gateway to cruises visiting Cape Horn and Antarctica. Upon arrival, your guide will meet you for your transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore. Depending on your arrival time, you might want to enjoy some optional activities. Check the information below for details.

Day 5

USHUAIA: Tierra del Fuego National Park and Beagle Channel Navigation

After breakfast, we’ll embark on our first excursion. Tierra del Fuego National Park, just 12 km from Ushuaia, offers a pristine natural environment to explore. Upon arrival, you have the option to purchase tickets for one of the park’s main attractions: the Train of the End of the World. Details are provided below.

As we explore the park, you’ll encounter diverse tree species in its distinctive forests, including bushes, beech trees, ñires, Indio’s beard, and a variety of flowers across its 63,000 hectares. We’ll make several stops to appreciate the panoramic views and capture great photos.

Our next destinations will be Verde Lake and Lapataia Bay, where you might spot beaver dams and peatlands. On our return, we’ll stop at Lake Roca (also known as Acigami) for final photos of the national park. We’ll return to Ushuaia around 13:30, giving you some free time for lunch. I recommend trying the unique King Crab or the delicious Patagonian Lamb!

In the afternoon, you can stroll to the port, just a few steps from the center, and board a catamaran for a Beagle Channel cruise. This navigation will take you to Sea Lions Island, Birds Island, and the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse. You’ll see a colony of sea lions and Imperial Cormorants among other birds. As we head back to the city, enjoy panoramic views of Ushuaia and the surrounding mountains. Return is around 17:30, depending on the season. Enjoy your free time and overnight stay.

 

Day 6

USHUAIA: A variety of options to choose

Today is free for you to explore at your leisure. Choose from a variety of options: visit Fagnano and Escondido Lakes, enjoy a breathtaking trek to Laguna Esmeralda, or take an exciting 4×4 ride to the heart of the island.

Day 7

USHUAIA: Good bye to the end of the world

After breakfast, you’ll have some free time until your transfer to the airport for your flight to your next destination. If time permits in the morning, you can take advantage of some of the optional activities listed below. Say goodbye to Ushuaia, the city at the end of the world…

EL CALAFATE: Arrival to the gate to the glaciers

Arrive in El Calafate, a key gateway to explore the stunning Perito Moreno Glacier and other magnificent glaciers in the region. After checking in to your accommodation, you have some free time to relax. For those eager to explore, various optional activities are available on your arrival day. See the options below.

Day 8

EL CALAFATE: The incredible Perito Moreno Glacier

After breakfast, embark on a visit to one of Patagonia’s highlights: the breathtaking Perito Moreno Glacier.
El Calafate is situated 80 km from the glacier, with the journey taking you along a 50 km paved road. The final 30 km are within Los Glaciares National Park.
During the first 40 km, you’ll traverse the Patagonian steppe, a typical feature of the region. Once inside the National Park, you’ll notice a dramatic change in vegetation, with ñires (Nothofagus antarctica), guindos (Nothofagus betuloides), and lengas (Nothofagus pumilio) becoming prominent. You may also see some isolated canelos (Drimys winteri) and vibrant flowers, such as the intense red notro (Embothrium coccineum), the iconic flower of the Andean Patagonian forest.
Upon reaching the glacier, you’ll be awestruck by its grandeur and can enjoy unforgettable views from the walking paths. There will be free time to experience the glacier’s splendor, including watching massive ice blocks tumble into the lake with a thunderous roar—an awe-inspiring natural spectacle. Facilities at the glacier include a restaurant, snack bar, restrooms, and a pay campsite.
Optional activities include the Mini Trekking, where you can walk on the glacier’s ice, or the Nautical Safari, a boat tour offering views of the glacier from the lake. Details of these options are available below.
This is a full-day excursion, with return to the hotel expected in the late afternoon.

Day 9

EL CALAFATE: Free day. Choice of activities!

After breakfast, the day is free for you to choose from various full-day boat navigation tours, each offering unique views of different glaciers within Los Glaciares National Park. Check out the available options below.

Day 10

EL CALAFATE: Transfer out to the airport

After breakfast, enjoy some free time until your transfer to the airport or bus station for the next leg of your journey. If your departure is in the afternoon, you may select an engaging optional activity from our list below.

PUERTO NATALES: Arrival to the Ultima Esperanza Sound

Arrival at the Puerto Natales bus station or Punta Arenas Airport, followed by a transfer to your hotel in Puerto Natales. This charming city is situated at the opening of the Ultima Esperanza Sound, providing a perfect gateway to explore stunning destinations like Torres del Paine National Park and the Balmaceda and Serrano Glaciers. After check-in, you’ll have free time to stroll around the city or simply relax and prepare for the adventures ahead.

Day 11

PUERTO NATALES: Excursion to Torres del Paine National Park

After breakfast, get ready for one of the best excursions Patagonia has to offer – a visit to Torres del Paine National Park!

We’ll begin by picking up all passengers from their accommodations at around 8:00 am, ready to capture the first stunning photos of the day.

Our first stop is Milodon’s Cave, where the remains of a prehistoric animal were discovered in 1895. Today, you’ll find a replica of this ancient mammal, along with fascinating information about the glaciological processes that shaped the cave.

Next, we head to Cerro Castillo, where you’ll enjoy a short break to grab a snack, sip some coffee, or browse the souvenir shops.

Then, it’s on to the breathtaking landscapes of Torres del Paine National Park! Highlights include the Sarmiento Lake Lookout, views of the Paine Towers, Paine’s Horns, and Almirante Nieto Hill. Keep an eye out for the local wildlife – you’re likely to spot guanacos, lesser rhea, and condors. The park is also home to foxes, hares, and the elusive mountain lion, also known as the “lion of America.”

Within the park, you’ll encounter the striking turquoise lakes of Pehoé and Nordenskjold, as well as scenic waterfalls and ice-covered mountains. A short 15-minute walk will bring you close to the impressive Salto Grande Waterfall.

After lunch, we’ll continue with a walk along the shores of Grey Lake, where you can admire floating icebergs and, in the distance, the mighty Grey Glacier. Depending on the group’s preferences, we’ll either return via the same route or take a new road before dropping you off at your accommodation. Free time and overnight.

Day 12

Day 13

PUERTO NATALES: Good bye Ultima Esperanza Sound!

Enjoy your final breakfast in Puerto Natales, followed by some free time before your transfer to the bus station or Punta Arenas Airport to continue your journey.

SANTIAGO DE CHILE: Arrival to the capital city

Arrival to Santiago Merino Airport, in Santiago de Chile. The Chilean capital has become a good choice for international business travelers, developing a reputation as a calm and clean city with a good quality of life. Its one of the most important and populated cities in South America. Most government activities take place in Santiago’s downtown area, which is home to La Moneda (the presidential palace), Plaza de Armas, and the Judicial and Executive Branches. There are also many museums and shopping malls.Districts such as Providencia, Bellavista, Las Condes, and Vitacura offer a dazzling array of businesses, shops, and restaurants as well as a bustling nightlife.

Santiago is also located near many attractions such as the beach house of poet Pablo Neruda, Isla Negra, ski resorts located around 60 km from the city, spots in the Andean foothills like Cajón del Maipo, the port of Valparaíso, which is about an hour from Santiago, and Viña del Mar and other summer resorts on the shores of the Pacific Ocean. Options for enjoying the mountains and sea are always right at your fingertips in Santiago. After arrival, transfer to your hotel and check in. Day 14

SANTIAGO DE CHILE: Enjoying the best of the capital city

After breakfast, in the morning, our guide will be waiting for us for our first visit. We will enjoy a city tour to discover one of the most modern capitals of South America.
Santiago is a cosmopolitan and vibrant capital that perfectly combines tradition and modernity. The tour will allow you to know the origins of the city and emblematic places like the Cathedral, the Post Office, the Plaza de Armas, and the famous Palacio de la Moneda, the house of the Chilean government. You will discover the traditional neighborhoods of the historic center. We visit Santa Lucía hill, called Huelén by the natives, a real urban oasis in the heart of the center. Learn more about the history of Chile and enjoy privileged views of the capital and the mountains surrounding the city. The second part of the tour will take you to the east, to see the financial area of Santiago, and watch modern buildings. Duration is around 4 hours. Return to the hotel and free time.

Day 15

SANTIAGO DE CHILE: Visiting Viña del Mar and Valparaiso

After breakfast, our guide will be waiting for you to start our visit to Viña del Mar and Valparaiso, in the direction to Chiles coast. We drive through the country's main wine-producing areas, so we can admire the vineyard-covered landscapes along the way which is fascinating. We will stop to take some great photos of this important area. Again in the route we will continue to the coastal road known as the Camino de la Pólvora, arriving at Valparaíso, considered the cultural capital of Chile and full of colors and unique views of the pier and the city over the hill. We will visit the Muelle Prat, a historic dock filled with dozens of colorful boats.

From Plaza Sotomayor, the main gateway to Valparaíso from the sea, you'll immerse yourself in the old quarter, declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Place.
We will visit the House-Museum of Pablo Neruda, called as La Sebastiana. You’ll then reach Paseo 21 de Mayo, a natural viewpoint at the bottom of the Artillería Hill, where you’ll be able to take in a panoramic view of Valparaíso’s view from the blue sea to the city and the surrounding mountains. Our next step is the visit to the city of Viña del Mar, whose name in Spanish means “Vineyard of the Sea”. The coastal town is also often called the Garden City, and you’ll soon see why when you visit sights such as the iconic Flower Clock on the side of Castle Hill. Free time for lunch and then, some free time to enjoy the beach, after return to your hotel in Santiago de Chile.

After breakfast, free time to enjoy the city until your transfer to the airport. If you leave the city in the afternoon or evening, you can choose any of our optional activities you can see below.
