The Argentine restaurant was chosen as the best in Latin America by the World's 50 Best Restaurants organization.
The building was built at the ends of the 19th century, and it is located in the Palermo neighbourhood. The main attraction of this restaurant is the typical argentine steak.
The sustainably raised meat comes from Aberdeen Angus and Hereford cattle, freely raised in the Argentine countryside until it reaches its optimum tenderness and flavour. Start with the house sausage, then the offal and signature skirt steak accompanied by fries and roasted vegetables. For dessert, the homemade ice creams and cheeses with regional sweets.
