Enjoy this 3-night program to visit first the capital city of Peru: Lima. It`s also the financial and commercial heart of Peru and one of the most populated urban in the continent. One of the highlights in Lima is the Larco Museum, with more than 45.000 pieces of the ancient Peru and 5000 years of history. Welcome to Lima and Peru! Upon your arrival at the international airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. You’ll have free time to explore the city on your own or choose from a variety of optional activities. Check out the list of options below.
After breakfast, we’ll begin our exploration of Lima, known as the City of the Kings. We’ll start by visiting the modern districts of Miraflores and San Isidro, including a panoramic view of the impressive Huaca Huallamarca. Next, we’ll head to the Historical Center to visit the Convent of Santo Domingo, a UNESCO Cultural Heritage site where the remains of our patron saints, San MartÃn de Porres and Santa Rosa de Lima, are interred. We’ll also visit the Plaza Mayor, surrounded by the Government Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Municipality, and the Cathedral. To conclude the tour, we’ll stop for a small tasting of the traditional Pisco Sour. Afterward, we’ll visit the Larco Museum, home to an extraordinary private collection of Treasures of Ancient Peru. This collection, featuring over 45,000 pieces, offers an inspiring journey through more than 5,000 years of Peruvian history. Incredible, isn’t it?

After breakfast, prepare for one of Lima’s most thrilling excursions. Following your transfer, you’ll board a small plane for an aerial tour of the Nazca Lines, located on the eponymous pampas. Marvel at the vast array of geoglyphs, including figures of animals and stylized plants, etched into the earth and preserved for approximately 2,000 years. This unique experience is truly amazing.
Return to your hotel in Lima for an overnight stay.
