Cafayate: Wines and amazing landscapes
The city of Cafayate is located 189 km from the provincial capital, accessed by National Route No. 68, passing through the towns of Cerrillos, La Merced, El Carril, Coronel Moldes, La Viña and Talapampa, from where The route is accessed through the majestic Quebrada de Las Conchas, with its striking and colorful rock formations such as the devil’s throat, the amphitheater, the toad, the friar, the obelisk, the windows, the castles originated by wind erosion and the pass of the time. To go from the city of Salta to Cafayate, you have to travel Route 68 to the south.
