Weather in Ibera Wetlands

The Ibera Wetlands is a wonderful natural place, located in Corrientes Province in the Argentinian Northeast. The place can be visited all year round but it is extremely hot during the summer season, it`s in the months of January, February and March. These high temperatures can be uncomfortable. During the Autumn months of April and May are cooler and therefore a great time to visit. Spring is a good time too, but during september and until november we have the most amount of rain. But the wetlands are at their most colourful at this time of year so it`s a great time too. These months are also the breeding season for lots of animals, so wildlife viewing is good! During the winter days, it`s in the months of June, July and August temperatures goes down, and it`s the low season for the area. An important point for bird lovers:  migration happens between September and April so it is a great time to go for bird watching!
