Half-Day Christ the Redeemer by Train & Rio City Tour
Begin your morning with pick-up from selected hotels in Rio de Janeiro’s South Zone, including Copacabana, Leme, Ipanema, and Leblon. Pick-up usually takes place between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, depending on your hotel location. Passengers not staying in the pick-up area will be informed of the closest meeting and return point.
From there, travel to Cosme Velho Station to board the Corcovado Train. The train ride through the rainforest takes around 20 minutes from the base station to the summit of Corcovado Mountain, where you will visit Christ the Redeemer, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
After returning to sea level, continue with a panoramic external visit to the legendary Maracanã Stadium. Then, visit the Sambadrome, the famous setting of Rio’s Carnival, and the Metropolitan Cathedral, known for its modern architecture inspired by Mayan pyramids.
The tour also includes a stop at the colorful Selarón Steps, one of Rio de Janeiro’s most recognizable landmarks. After visiting these city highlights, return to the selected drop-off points at the beginning of the afternoon, with an approximate return time of 12:00 PM.

Cancellations are available up to 72 hours prior departure.
After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, in less than 24 hours, you will receive the voucher that you can use to take the excursions.
If the reservation is for the next day, we will be attentive and we will send you the voucher before your excursion begins.
For passengers not staying in the pick-up area, the meeting point is Hotel Hilton Copacabana, Av. Princesa Isabel 10, Copacabana, at 8:00 AM.
No pick-up from hostels or B&Bs. Passengers staying in hostels or B&Bs will be informed of the nearest hotel meeting point.
Just complete the booking form. When you finish will be redirected to Paypal where you can pay the tour. You can pay without an account and with your credit card. 
Once you’ve completed your booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of your purchase. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive the voucher you’ll need to participate in the excursions.
If you’ve booked an excursion for the following day, don’t worry. We’ll make sure to send you the voucher before the excursion begins.
