Full Day Tour in Rio - Christ the Redeemer by Train and more
On a city tour, spend the entire day enjoying Rio de Janeiro’s highlights. Start by taking a train to the Christ the Redeemer Statue on Corcovado Mountain. Then, proceed to the Maracanã stadium for a panoramic view before making further stops at the Sambódromo (Sambadrome), Metropolitan Cathedral, and Selarón Steps. After the executive lunch, ascend the Sugarloaf Mountain by cable car.
Get picked up from a Rio hotel on the coast to the Cosme Velho train station to board the Corcovado train.
From the ground level to the top of Corcovado Mountain, where you will find the Christ the Redeemer Statue, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, it takes around 20 minutes by train through the tropical jungle.
Back at sea level, make your way to Sambódromo, the site of Rio’s vibrant Carnaval, by driving past the legendary Maracanã soccer stadium (external visit). Visit the distinctive Metropolitan Cathedral, a state-of-the-art building inspired by Mayan pyramids. Check out the Selarón Steps, one of Rio’s most recognizable sights, with its brilliantly colored tiles. After that, have a great executive lunch at a nearby steakhouse.

Yes. Hotel pick-up and drop-off from seafront hotels in South Zone (Copacabana, Ipanema, and Leme) are included. Passengers not staying at one of the seafront hotels will be informed of the nearest pickup point and time.
