ITINERARY DAY BY DAY
Upon arrival, reception by our representatives and transfer to hotel. Documentation kid, detailed program explanation and assistance with luggage and hotel registrarion. In the afternoon, visit the city to see its most important architectural icons such as the Plaza Mayor or Checkerboard of Pizarro, where we see the Government Palace, the City Hall, the Cathedral and Archbishop’s Palace. Continue to visit the Convent of Santo Domingo, jewel XVI century architecture. Road to the modern area of the city, cross the exclusive district of San Isidro, new financial heart of the city, to appreciate Huallamarca. Finally, we conclude our circuit in Miraflores, where we visit the Parque del Amor, excellent spot to enjoy a splendid view of the Pacific Ocean. Drop off in Larcomar or hotel. Overnight in Lima.
At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Arequipa. Upon arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, visit of “The White City”, including the convent of Santa Catalina, beautiful Citadel of the 16th century, in the style of different Spanish cities at the time. the Plaza de Armas, with its three joint portals; the Church of the company of Jesus, beautiful example of art Baroque mestizo and Baroque Churrigueresque Spanish in the 17TH century, along with the multicolored frescoes in the cupola of San Ignacio. We will drive towards to the town of Yura and the national reserve of Aguada Blanca and Pampa Cañahuas, where we will appreciate in their habitat to numerous species of birds, as well as alpacas, vicuñas and llamas. Stop at Patahuasi to refresh ourselves and take an infusion of coca. We will continue to the village of Chivay. Depending on the conditions, we could you have lunch at the hostel or make a picnic and enjoying the beautiful view from one of the natural vantage points in the area. In the afternoon, we recommend to go to La Calera to take an invigorating bath in the hot springs or enjoy the comforts of the hotel. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Chivay or Yanque.

Early morning journey to Condor cross, which will allow us to have a nice one of the deepest canyons in the world
and if the conditions allow it, the great opportunity of performing excellent tomas photographic of the largest and most impressive of the world bird: the majestic Condor. Depending on the setting, we could make a stop in the village of Yanque to appreciate a sample of local folklore. To return, you will visit the village of Pincholo, the only pre-Inca people still inhabited, and the village of Maca, with its picturesque craft market and colonial church. Lunch in Chivay. Return to the city. Overnight in Arequipa.

At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Cusco. Arrival, reception by our collaborators and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the morning free to relax and acclimate to the height. In the afternoon, we will enjoy our visit to the impressive colonial city built on the foundations of Inca palaces, around the streets of the neighborhood of San Blas and the stone of 12 angles in the Hatun Rumiyoq Street; the Koricancha or the Temple of the Sun where we can appreciate the fine work that the Incas performed on the stone, if it were a sculpture; the Cathedral with its delicate works of carved wood and impressive altars. We will finish by visiting the Inca Museum, also known as the Casa del Almirante, which was built on Inca foundations and which today houses a comprehensive collection of ceramics, textiles and Inca gold as well as an important example of colonial Cuzco school painting. We will drive towards the Sacred Valley of the Incas, surrounded by the river Urubamba. On the way, stop at Awana Kancha where you will discover the beauty of South American camelids: guanacos, llamas and alpacas single species, and an exhibition of traditional Andean textile art. Then, we traverse the colorful market of Pisac, where you can see a blend of color, tradition and local people exhibiting typical products, silver handicrafts, alpaca and ceramics. Lunch at a local restaurant to continue the tour to Ollantaytambo, the oldest continuously occupied settlement in the Americas, its narrow streets and canals unchanged since Inca times. In it, we see the fortress of Ollantaytambo archaeological complex with terraces and stone walls carved with a dazzling technique. Overnight in Sacred Valley.
You will visit one of the most important energy centers in the world: Machu Picchu. The excursion is done by train and during the tour we will have an amazing view of the landscape of the Sacred Valley of Urubamba. Upon arrival to Aguas Calientes, our staff will assist you to board the bus that will take you to the Citadel. It will be an unforgettable experience, where a professional guide will transmit us the history surrounding this mysterious and charming place. After the guided tour, you will enjoy free time to explore the area on your own, relax or meditate. When appropriate, descent to the town of Aguas Calientes. Included buffet-style lunch. In the afternoon, it will address the train back to Cusco. Upon arrival, our collaborators will await at the station, from where we’ll
