Private 2-Day Licancabur Volcano Climb
The experience begins with hotel pick-up in San Pedro de Atacama, followed by a transfer to the approach point at approximately 4,600 meters above sea level.
Day 1:
The first day focuses on acclimatization and ascent to high camp, following the operational plan. Upon arrival, the camp is set up, and a short reconnaissance is carried out before spending the night at camp.
Day 2:
The second day begins early with the summit ascent, involving an approximate elevation gain of 1,350 meters, depending on seasonal conditions, to reach the summit at 5,916 meters above sea level.
At the summit, there is time to observe the crater lagoon and enjoy panoramic views across the surrounding Andean landscapes and border region.
After the summit, the descent returns to the camp, followed by transfer back to San Pedro de Atacama, ending the experience with hotel drop-off.
