The tour begins with a journey north of Lima into the Supe River Valley, where you’ll arrive at the Sacred City of Caral. Once there, your bilingual guide will explain the significance of this ancient society, established between 2627 and 2100 BC. You’ll explore 32 monumental structures, including the Great Pyramid, the Amphitheater Temple, and the Gallery Pyramid. As you walk through this UNESCO site, you’ll gain insights into the socio-political structure and scientific advancements of a civilization that predated the Incas by millennia. A box lunch will be provided to enjoy during the experience.
