Get picked up in the morning from your hotel in Santiago, traveling aboard an air-conditioned van for 21 miles (34 kilometers) to the Undurraga Vineyard. Learn about the history of this longstanding winemaker as you discover the stories of how they became the first Chilean vineyard to export their product to the United States. You’ll also spend time exploring the various attractions located on the vineyard grounds, including Undurraga Family Park and the “Aliwen Corner,” which documents the culture and wooden sculptures of Chile’s indigenous Mapuche people. Then proceed on a tour of Undurraga’s winemaking plant, take a look inside the historic Santa Ana de Talagante cellars dating to 1885. Cap it all off by enjoying the tastings of three of the winery’s reserve wines served in a souvenir tasting glass. Visitors hoping to take home a bottle of their own wine-themed memento will also have an opportunity to peruse the on-site gift shop. At the end of your wine-themed excursion, you’ll be dropped off back at your Santiago-area hotel
