Stargazing Experience in the Atacama Desert
The experience begins in the evening with hotel pick-up in Copiapó and a short drive toward the Atacama Desert.
Upon arrival at a dark-sky observation site, selected for its excellent visibility and minimal light pollution, participants are introduced to basic astronomy concepts by a specialized guide.
During the session, guests learn how to identify stars, planets, and other celestial bodies using both the naked eye and professional telescopes. The guide also explains key astronomical features visible in the Atacama sky.
Participants will also have the opportunity to practice astrophotography during the observation period.
After the stargazing session concludes, the group returns to Copiapó, completing the evening excursion.
