Wildlife Encounters & Scenic Spots Without Overspending
Start your journey by checking in at 8:45 AM at Argentina Visión’s office in Puerto Madryn. The tour leaves promptly at 9:00 AM.
Your first destination will be the Istmo Ameghino Interpretation Center, where you’ll spend 30 minutes learning about the unique wildlife and ecosystems of Península Valdés.
Next, you’ll reach Puerto Pirámides around 10:45 AM. Here, you’ll have free time to enjoy lunch at your own pace and, if you choose, embark on a whale watching excursion at 11:30 AM (not included).
At 2:30 PM, the group continues toward either Caleta Valdés or Punta Norte, depending on the conditions and the location of the wildlife that day. Upon arrival at 3:30 PM, you’ll have an hour to walk around and take in the remote coastal scenery.
The tour concludes with a 4:30 PM departure back to Puerto Madryn, arriving at the original meeting point by 6:30 PM. Transfers to your accommodation are not provided.

No, whale watching is optional and should be booked directly in Puerto Pirámides.

Once you’ve completed your booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of your purchase. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive the voucher you’ll need to participate in the excursions.
If you’ve booked an excursion for the following day, don’t worry. We’ll make sure to send you the voucher before the excursion begins.
