This exclusive tour takes you along the Sparkling Wine Route, visiting three premier producers to uncover the techniques and traditions behind Mendoza’s finest espumantes.
We begin at Cruzat Winery, dedicated solely to the production of sparkling wines using the traditional method (champenoise)—second fermentation in the bottle. You’ll explore the winemaking process up close, from yeast-filled bottles to riddling racks and manual labeling stations, guided by experts in the field.
Next, we visit Chandon, one of Argentina’s most recognized sparkling wine houses, where you’ll sample elegant blends crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes—iconic varietals in the sparkling wine world.
The day concludes at Rosell Boher Lodge, recently awarded World’s Best Winery Restaurant (Gold). Here, you’ll enjoy a 4-course seasonal lunch paired with their signature sparkling wines, all within a setting that celebrates Mendoza’s culinary and viticultural excellence.
