After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, in less than 24 hours, you will receive the voucher that you can use to take the excursions.

If the reservation is for the next day, we will be attentive and we will send you the voucher before your excursion begins.

Weight: Above 94 kg the passenger will go through a control and authorization of our instructors, in addition to the weight, the physical form, the height and if he practices any physical or sports activity will be evaluated. An extra fee of R$ 100 plus R$ 5 will be charged directly to the passenger for each 1kg that exceeds 95 kg up to the maximum limit of 110 kg.

State of health: Passengers should have Good general state of health and should not carry any disease that prevents jumping such as: high or low pressure, heart problems, breathing problems, epilepsy or any other that by its nature is incompatible with jumping in parachute.

People with any physical deficiency: It does not prevent the jump but it conditions it. They can jump as long as they are authorized by an instructor / head of the center.

The jump cannot be performed if you have practiced diving or donated blood in the last 24 hours prior to the jump.

• How much time do I need to set aside to practice the double jump?
Book at least 1 day before the excursion.
• What kind of clothes should I wear that day?
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, avoid denim or similar fabrics.
• What should I eat on the day of my jump?
Avoid heavy meals and alcoholic beverages hours before the jump.
• What views can be seen during the jump?
Itaipu Dam, Friendship Bridge, Triple Frontier and Iguazu Falls.
• What happens if there are no weather conditions for my jump?
If the weather conditions are not favorable, we will reschedule your jump and the amount deposited continues to guarantee the reservation. That is why we suggest that you always book at the beginning of your trip.
• Do I receive instructions before the jump?
Our instructors are trained and give a briefing before the jump explaining how the whole procedure will be.
• What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy like?
Your appointment is valid for 60 days after the purchase date. 100% refund of the reservation amount, up to 48 hours after the purchase date. Rescheduling can be done up to 48 hours before the jump date. No-show: no refund or rescheduling rights.
