After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, in less than 24 hours, you will receive the voucher that you can use to take the excursions.
If the reservation is for the next day, we will be attentive and send you the voucher before your excursion begins.

Weight: Above 94 kg, the passenger will go through a control and authorization from our instructors. In addition to weight, physical form, height, and any physical or sports activities will be evaluated. An extra fee of R$ 100 plus R$ 5 will be charged directly to the passenger for each kilogram that exceeds 95 kg, up to the maximum limit of 110 kg.

State of health: Passengers should be in good general health and should not have any medical condition that prevents jumping, such as high or low blood pressure, heart problems, breathing problems, epilepsy, or any other condition that is incompatible with skydiving.

People with any physical disability: It does not prevent the jump but may condition it. They can jump as long as they are authorized by an instructor/head of the center.

The jump cannot be performed if you have practiced diving or donated blood in the 24 hours prior to the jump.

• How much time do I need to set aside to prepare for the tandem jump?
  Book at least 1 day before the excursion.
• What kind of clothes should I wear that day?
  Wear comfortable clothes and shoes; avoid denim or similar fabrics.
• What should I eat on the day of my jump?
  Avoid heavy meals and alcoholic beverages hours before the jump.
• What views can be seen during the jump?
  Itaipu Dam, Friendship Bridge, Triple Frontier, and Iguazu Falls.
• What happens if there are no weather conditions for my jump?
  If the weather conditions are not favorable, we will reschedule your jump, and the amount deposited continues to guarantee the reservation. That is why we suggest that you always book at the beginning of your trip.
• Do I receive instructions before the jump?
  Our instructors are trained and provide a briefing before the jump explaining how the whole procedure will work.
• What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
  Your appointment is valid for 60 days after the purchase date. You can receive a 100% refund of the reservation amount up to 48 hours after the purchase date. Rescheduling can be done up to 48 hours before the jump date. No-shows: no refund or rescheduling rights.
