In The Argentine Experience in Iguazu, you will enjoy an interactive cooking experience making typical Argentine dishes such as empanadas, alfajores, mate drink, and, obviously, a delicious steak that you would also eat at any hotel or good restaurant. After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, in less than 24 hours, you will receive the voucher that you can use to take the excursions.
If the reservation is for the next day, we will be attentive and we will send you the voucher before your excursion begins.
Beverages Included: Wine pairing: Torrontés (white), Pinot Noir (red), Malbec (red), Water (bottled), and soft drinks.
Reception: Wine-Based Cocktail, Patagonian trout tartare.
Empanada Class: Options are beef and caprese (oven-roasted cherry tomatoes, basil, and a mix of cheeses).
Picada: Grilled provolone cheese, sliced chorizo sausage, black sausage roll, skirt steak.
Main Course: 200g tenderloin steak, gaucho-style grilled veggies (potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, onions, pumpkin).
PRE-DESSERT: Sweet and cheese (Quartirolo cheese and different Argentine sweets).
DESSERT: Mate class, alfajores (vanilla biscuits, dulce de leche, chocolate, coconut), dulce de leche mousse with red berries.
Beverages Included: Wine pairing: Torrontés (white), Pinot Noir (red), Malbec (red), water (bottled), and soft drinks.
Reception: Wine-Based Cocktail, Escalivada (smoky grilled eggplant and bell peppers with olive oil).
Empanada Class: Caprese (oven-roasted cherry tomatoes, basil, and a mix of cheeses).
Picada: Grilled provolone cheese, Yamani rice sausage, olive roll.
Main Course: A stuffed round courgette filled with quinoa risotto, cherry tomatoes, and basil, on a bed of traditional Argentine tamale or grilled salmon.
Gaucho-style grilled veggies (potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, onions, pumpkin).
PRE-DESSERT: Sweet and cheese (Quartirolo cheese and different Argentine sweets).
DESSERT: Mate class, alfajores (vanilla biscuits, dulce de leche, chocolate, coconut), dulce de leche mousse with red berries.
