Asado Experience Cooking Class with Wine in Buenos Aires
The experience begins at a traditional family house in Buenos Aires, where you will be welcomed into a cozy and social environment. Your hosts will introduce the meaning of asado in Argentine culture, explaining its role as a social gathering and tradition.
You will then learn how to start and maintain the fire, a key element in preparing a proper asado. During this hands-on experience, you will prepare chimichurri sauce using a traditional family recipe and assist with the cooking process by salting the meat and understanding different cooking stages.
Menu Highlights
As the cooking progresses, you will explore different premium cuts of Argentine meat, learning about their characteristics and preparation times. The cuts are served in stages, allowing you to fully appreciate each flavor, always accompanied by wine.
The experience continues with storytelling and cultural insights, where hosts share traditions, facts about Argentine beef, and the importance of the asador role. The meal concludes with dessert, closing a complete culinary and cultural journey.
You can choose between the standard experience, which includes selected wines during the activity, or upgrade to a premium wine pairing featuring three high-end Argentine wines from renowned wineries, served throughout the experience.

After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, in less than 24 hours, you will receive the voucher that you can use to take the excursions.

It is held in a historic family house in the Belgrano R neighborhood of Buenos Aires.
You will enjoy a full asado menu including choripán, morcilla, pork belly, sweetbreads, premium steak with vegetables, and dessert.

Once you’ve completed your booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of your purchase. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive the voucher you’ll need to participate in the excursions.
