Your culinary journey begins at noon as you join a small group for a hands-on workshop guided by an expert chef. You will prepare Argentine classics from scratch, including empanadas and chipá, while learning the cultural background behind these recipes. A welcome cocktail and local wines accompany the class, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
After the cooking session, you will sit down to enjoy a full lunch featuring your creations, along with a main course of beef with Malbec sauce, Andean potatoes, and a traditional dessert of flan with dulce de leche. This experience is ideal for travelers who want a practical and flavorful introduction to Argentine cuisine.
At 7:30 PM, your evening begins with a sparkling wine welcome followed by a lively introduction to Argentine flavors. You will learn how to prepare your own empanadas and authentic chimichurri, setting the tone for a dynamic and interactive experience.
The dinner features a curated 17-step tasting menu, including Patagonian trout tartar, savory chard fritters, chorizo and black sausage, a selection of beef cuts such as slow-cooked “Thor’s Hammer,” and a vibrant combination of grilled seasonal vegetables.
Desserts include Argentine favorites like dulce de leche pancake, chocotorta, and flan. The experience concludes with a mate workshop and an alfajor-making activity, offering a fun and cultural end to a gourmet evening. Each stage is paired with five exceptional wines for a memorable dining experience.

After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, in less than 24 hours, you will receive the voucher that you can use to take the excursions.
If the reservation is for the next day, we will be attentive and we will send you the voucher before your excursion begins.

No, transfers are not included. But it’s located in the city centre, so it’s an easy to access location. We recommend either a Cab, Uber drive, or city bus.

Once you’ve completed your booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of your purchase. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive the voucher you’ll need to participate in the excursions.
