With a view of the snowy Mount Balmaceda, the Standard room has all the comforts to ensure a perfect stay.
In this room, you will have the option of choosing between 1 king bed or 2 twin beds. The Standard Room has a closet, telephone, safe-deposit box, and bathroom with shower, amenities, and hairdryer.
Our Standard room is decorated with Patagonian elements and colors, with the arrow as its main symbol, which inspired protection for our ancestors. On the other hand, the gray color will provide an atmosphere of balance and harmony during your stay.

STANDARD PLUS ROOM
The perfect place to enjoy the stars and the Paine massif, accompanied by the beginning of the southern ice fields. Standard Plus is the indicated room to understand the strength of the wind and the infinite rain that our Patagonia offers.

The aroma of nature and the constant flow of the waters of the Serrano River create a relaxing atmosphere, transmitting peace and tranquility feeling.
In 2018 we opened our Spa which has a climatized pool, sauna, massages, gym, rest areas, dressing rooms, and an impressive view of the Paine massif. This is a space where you can enjoy facial and body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and various massages. The Spa is a 3-level, 1,100 m² building, which identifies with the Aonikenk and Kawésqar culture, indigenous people of the region who inhabited these Patagonian lands 10,000 years ago.
We are privileged to travel through these southern lands, but its nature is often hostile and body demanding, due to this, the Aónikenk and Kawésqar painted their skin to protect it from the wind and sun. We invite you to live the experience of rituals, treatments, and massages inspired by the culture of our ancestors.

A BIT OF HISTORY
Rio Serrano Hotel + spa is a regional and family business founded by Jaime Arancibia Tagle, who by profession created a project for tourism purposes in a remote place in Torres del Paine national park. It began its operations in 2002 as a 20-room Hostel and, over time it became a 108-room hotel, is considered today as the tourist complex with the best infrastructure in Torres del Paine.
