The Hotel is a few steps from the city center, it has 158 rooms and public areas with privileged views of the Lake and volcanoes. A complete infrastructure in services; heated pool with slide, hot tubs, bicycles, excursions, activities for adults and children.
Our hotel is made up of 3 areas:
SECTOR A: Reception, Restaurants, Terraces, Spa, Games room, Café, Bar, Rooms.
SECTOR B: Heated Pool, Steam Bath, Hot Tub, and Event Rooms.
SECTOR C: Eco cabins / Apartments, Doña Elena Garden, Outdoor Hot Tub.
Our guests have access to all sectors of the Hotel. You can stroll through the Doña Elena Garden enjoying a casual walk through the beautiful lavender garden, bird watching, and native trees of the area.

ECO CABINS
The Eco Cabins were developed as a sustainable project. It incorporates clean energy for heating and hot water systems. It is a space inspired by southern architecture, decorated with tiles and recycled wood from the old buildings of our hotel. 32 warm rooms, 16 superior and 16 suites, all with the best view of Lake Llanquihue.
The ability to adapt to the requirements of our guests is a quality of this construction, being able to join rooms to become family apartments of 85mt2 for 6 people. According to their configuration, they have; LCD cable TV, free WiFi, electronic safe, housekeeping service, minibar, living room with sofa bed, dining room, kitchenette, etc.

Come and enjoy the heated pool with a panoramic view of Lake Llanquihue. More than 200mt2, slide and infinite waterfall, pool for the little ones, and an outdoor hot tub for 10 people.
Recycled native woods and volcanic stones from Calbuco were used in the construction and details of this entertainment and relaxation center.

At “Mirador del Lago” restaurant, you will enjoy an exquisite and delicate menu that rescues the flavors of the Los Lagos Region. All this with an unbeatable view. From the top of Puerto Varas, you can see the volcanoes, the lake, and the green hills.
A good grill, accompanied by the clay oven, always ready to have exquisite red, white, and vegetable meats for you. Complemented with a varied bar with drinks and house specialties. This is how “Terraza Ailén” welcomes you, a magical and cozy place, decorated with local woods and the impressive view of Lake Llanquihue.
The “Tronador Bar”, located on the sixth floor and with a privileged view of Lake Llanquihue, offers wines, beers, and drinks that will make perfect company for tables with local products such as first-class cheeses and cured meats. Also in this bar, both guests and visitors can enjoy tea and coffee service accompanied by kuchenes and sandwiches
