Atacameña Indigenous Culture & Traditions Experience

The experience begins with hotel pick-up in San Pedro de Atacama, followed by a transfer to nearby Atacameña communities.

Upon arrival, participants engage in cultural and productive activities guided by local community members, learning about traditions, customs, and aspects of daily life.

Depending on availability, the experience may include activities such as an ancestral llama caravan, visits to chañar syrup production, a walk through the orchards of Toconao, or learning about the preparation of traditional dishes such as patasca. Other possibilities include exploring the local wine route with Highland Ayllu producers or understanding regional religious traditions.

After completing the activities, the group returns to San Pedro de Atacama, ending the experience with hotel drop-off.
