Mamalluca Observatory Stargazing Tour – Evening Experience
The experience begins with hotel pick-up in La Serena or Coquimbo, followed by a drive to Vicuña, where the Mamalluca Observatory is located.
Upon arrival, specialized astronomy guides provide an introductory presentation about the night sky, explaining how to identify important celestial objects and constellations.
The experience continues with naked-eye observation, allowing visitors to recognize visible constellations and prominent features of the sky.
The final part of the visit takes place at the professional telescopes, where participants observe deep-sky objects that are difficult to see without optical instruments.
After the observation session concludes, transportation returns travelers to La Serena or Coquimbo, ending the experience with hotel drop-off.

After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, in less than 24 hours, you will receive the voucher that you can use to take the excursions.
If the reservation is for the next day, we will be attentive and we will send you the voucher before your excursion begins.
Warm clothing is recommended, and visitors may bring a camera or mobile phone with night mode for photographs.
Mamalluca Observatory is located in Vicuña, and the tour includes round-trip transfers from La Serena or Coquimbo.

Once you’ve completed your booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of your purchase. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive the voucher you’ll need to participate in the excursions.
