The excursion begins with hotel pick-up in La Serena or Coquimbo, followed by a drive toward the Elqui Valley.
The first stop is Montegrande, where visitors explore the Gabriela Mistral School House Museum, a place connected to her childhood and education. The visit then continues to the nearby Mausoleum, where the poet’s remains rest, offering a moment to reflect on her life and literary legacy.
The journey continues to Villaseca, a village known for its solar kitchens, where participants enjoy lunch at a local restaurant while learning about this sustainable cooking method and tasting dishes prepared with regional products.
In the afternoon, the tour reaches Vicuña, where visitors explore the Gabriela Mistral Museum of Vicuña. The museum displays original writings, personal belongings, and exhibitions that present different periods of her life and literary work.
After the visit, transportation returns travelers to La Serena or Coquimbo, concluding the experience with hotel drop-off.

The excursion begins with hotel pick-up in La Serena or Coquimbo and concludes with drop-off at the same location after returning from the Elqui Valley.
