Astronomical Sound Therapy Experience

The experience begins with hotel pick-up in La Serena or Coquimbo, followed by a drive to Diaguitas, a culturally significant village located in the Elqui Valley.

Upon arrival at the Planetario Natural of Amatista Travels, the evening starts with an introductory astronomy presentation held in an indoor space, providing context for the observation activities.

The program continues with guided observation using high-end electronic telescopes, allowing participants to view nebulae, star clusters, planets, and the Moon.

Following the observation, participants take part in an astrophotography session, capturing a photograph of the night sky.

Next, the group moves to a naked-eye observation session, where participants lie on yoga mats while the guide interprets the main constellations and stars using a laser pointer, accompanied by storytelling about humanity’s connection with the cosmos.

The experience then transitions into a sound therapy session, using Tibetan bowls and a gong, designed to create a moment of relaxation and connection with the nocturnal environment.

At the end of the activity, participants receive a high-quality digital photograph of the night sky before returning to La Serena, concluding the experience with hotel drop-off.
