Ancestral Huasco Experience

The experience begins with hotel pick-up in Vallenar, followed by a visit to a silversmith workshop led by Iván Torres, a master artisan of Diaguita heritage.

During the workshop, participants create their own handcrafted copper jewelry piece while learning about the historical connection between mining, metallurgy, and local culture.

After the workshop, the tour continues to a ravine on the outskirts of Vallenar, where participants enjoy a sunset cocktail prepared with local products in an open-air desert setting.

As night arrives, the group visits an ancestral site with petroglyphs attributed to the Molle culture, including markings known as the signs of the Cross of Christ.

Here, accompanied by an amateur astronomer, participants observe the Atacama night sky through both naked-eye observation and telescopes. During the session, guides share interpretations about the territory and its skies.

The experience concludes with a souvenir astrophotograph, after which the group returns to Vallenar, ending with hotel drop-off.
