Arraial do Cabo Boat Tour from Rio de Janeiro
Your tour begins in the morning with pick-up from selected hotels in Rio de Janeiro’s South Zone, including Copacabana, Leme, Ipanema, and Leblon, as well as Barra de Tijuca in the West Zone. If pick-up is not available in your area, the closest meeting point will be indicated.
After leaving Rio, travel by air-conditioned vehicle to the Costa do Sol region. Once you arrive in Arraial do Cabo, you will board a schooner and begin sailing through one of Brazil’s most famous coastal landscapes, often called the “Brazilian Caribbean” because of its crystal-clear waters.
During the boat ride, enjoy time to relax, take photos, and admire the scenery. The tour includes stops to swim in the clear waters of Praia do Farol and Prainhas do Pontal, with approximately 40 minutes to enjoy the water.
You will also stop for photos at scenic landmarks such as Gruta Azul, Fenda de Nossa Senhora, and Pedra do Gorila. Later, enjoy a final swimming stop of around 20 minutes at Praia do Forno, one of the most famous beaches in the city.
After the boat tour, you will have lunch at a local buffet restaurant before returning to Rio de Janeiro in the evening.

The tour is available throughout the year, except on December 24 and 25, 2026, from December 29, 2026 to January 4, 2027, and during Carnival.
The tour is recommended for all ages. However, passengers aged 6 and older must pay the boarding fee for the Arraial do Cabo Fishermen’s Association.
The tour has reduced accessibility for people with reduced mobility. It is recommended to check before booking.
Cancellations can be done until 72 hours prior departure.
After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, in less than 24 hours, you will receive the voucher that you can use to take the excursions.
If the reservation is for the next day, we will be attentive and we will send you the voucher before your excursion begins.
The tour operates from Monday to Saturday. There are no departures on Sundays.
Yes, pick up and drop off included. Pick-up and drop-off from hotels in Rio de Janeiro’s South Zone (Copacabana, Leme, Ipanema, Leblon); if pick-up is not possible at your location, you will be sent to the closest pick-up spot.
Estimated times: between 05:10 and 6:30 am (pickup) and 7:00pm (drop-off). These timings could change depending on traffic.

Once you’ve completed your booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of your purchase. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive the voucher you’ll need to participate in the excursions.
