This full-sensory experience invites you to discover the authentic flavors of Maipú, Mendoza, by visiting four local producers who combine tradition, innovation, and award-winning craftsmanship.
We begin at SinFin Winery, where you’ll enjoy a guided technical tour and a unique tasting of three signature wines (Bonarda, Malbec, Cabernet Franc), each paired with handmade alfajores from “Entre Dos”.
Next, we visit Huertana, a family-run business producing artisanal gourmet products. You’ll explore their farm and taste creations like sun-dried tomatoes, olive pastes, and condiments—all bathed in extra virgin olive oil.
The third stop is Laur Olive Oil, founded in 1906. Walk among century-old olive groves, discover the history of Mendoza’s olive culture, and enjoy a classic tasting of olives, oils, and vinegars.
Finally, we visit the acclaimed Casa Vigil – El Enemigo Winery, led by famed winemaker Alejandro Vigil. You’ll explore the winery and wine cellar before indulging in a three-course lunch paired with El Enemigo wines, consistently recognized among the best in Argentina.
