Argentine Experience Dinner in Iguazu Falls
The evening begins at the venue in Puerto Iguazú at approximately 7:30 PM. Guests gather around a communal chef’s table where hosts introduce the experience with a cocktail and a lively welcome.
Participants then learn how to prepare traditional Argentine empanadas using the classic repulgue folding technique. While the empanadas bake, the hosts guide the group through the first wine pairings and share stories about Argentine culinary traditions.
The dinner continues with a tasting menu featuring a selection of classic Argentine dishes served throughout the evening and paired with carefully selected wines. The highlight of the meal is Argentine beef, served with seasonal accompaniments.
To conclude the experience, guests learn about the traditional ritual of yerba mate and assemble their own alfajores filled with dulce de leche before the evening ends around 10:30 PM.
Guests who select the Full Experience begin the evening earlier, around 6:15 PM. This option includes an additional premium wine tasting before the dinner experience begins.
During this first part of the evening, participants sample boutique Argentine wines, often from renowned wineries such as Catena Zapata, accompanied by regional cheeses and tapas while learning about Argentina’s wine culture.
After the wine tasting, guests join the main dinner experience with the empanada activity, tasting menu, wine pairings, mate ritual, and alfajor preparation, sharing the rest of the evening with the other participants.

After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, in less than 24 hours, you will receive the voucher that you can use to take the excursions.
If the reservation is for the next day, we will be attentive and we will send you the voucher before your excursion begins.
The experience includes a multi-course tasting menu with Argentine wines and interactive culinary activities.
Beverages include Saint Felicien Chardonnay, Saint Felicien Pinot Noir, DV Catena Malbec-Malbec, plus water and soft drinks. The evening begins with a welcome cocktail called “Torrontea” served with potato or sweet potato chips.
Guests participate in a cocktail workshop, enjoy an empanada-making class with beef and caprese empanadas, and taste a traditional Argentine picada with provoleta cheese, caramelized chorizo, morcilla rolls, and smoked chicken.
The main course is a 250 g tenderloin steak with gaucho-style vegetables, followed by a dulce de leche dessert.
The experience concludes with a mate ritual and alfajores filled with dulce de leche.
