Start from the estancia’s historic area and follow mountain trails through lenga forest and old shelters. The route is designed for trekking lovers and leads to the 1,095 m high point, where a full 360° panorama may reveal Lago Argentino, the Andes, Cordón de los Baguales, and on clear days Torres del Paine and Fitz Roy. Total distance is 12 km and the outing takes about 6 to 7 hours.
Begin at the main house and hike for about one hour to Refugio Leñador, once used by early 20th-century workers. After a short rest, continue with a steeper section through the lenga forest for roughly an hour and a half. From a plateau near 800 m, tackle the final and most demanding stretch to the 1,095 m summit. Enjoy full-circle views that can include Lago Argentino, the Andes, Cordón de los Baguales, and, with luck, Fitz Roy. Descend via alternative paths, pause at historic shelters, and enjoy a Patagonian box lunch on the way. Back at the estancia, an afternoon snack wraps up the day.

Ages 0–2 travel free on an adult’s lap. Ages 3–11 receive a 50 percent discount. Consider the high physical demand before booking with minors.
This trek is of high difficulty, with steep sections over a 12 km route and a full-day effort. It is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before. Within 24 to 48 hours, a 50 percent fee applies. Inside 24 hours or no-show, 100 percent fee applies.
After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, in less than 24 hours, you will receive the voucher that you can use to take the excursions.
If the reservation is for the next day, we will be attentive and we will send you the voucher before your excursion begins.
Two passengers are required to confirm departure.
Yes. A box lunch during the trek and an afternoon snack at the end. Vegetarian and gluten-free menus available with prior notice. Beverages are not included and are paid at the salón.
Just complete the booking form. When you finish will be redirected to Paypal where you can pay the tour. You can pay without an account and with your credit card. 
Once you’ve completed your booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of your purchase. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive the voucher you’ll need to participate in the excursions.
If you’ve booked an excursion for the following day, don’t worry. We’ll make sure to send you the voucher before the excursion begins.
