Early departure from your hotel in San Pedro. We will start a full-day trip to the heart of the Atacama Desert. First, we will enjoy a panoramic drive, watching incredible formations in the Moon Valley. We will make stops to take some great photos. We will enjoy an incredible landscape in La Cordillera de la Sal, where canyons and dunes make an imposing and unique landscape.

Free time to enjoy the local museum, to know a bit more about the ecology and geology of this awesome area of the Chilean north. Our guide will invite you to visit a small cave and explain about these incredible formations. We will ascend to the summit of a dune, to watch the sun over the valley in an unforgettable experience.

Climbing the dune only requires average physical fitness. We will appreciate the distinct beauty of the desert from this unique viewpoint. Take some extra photos, and back to your vehicle for your transfer back to your hotel in San Pedro
