Visiting the falls from the Argentine side is one of the must-do excursions during your visit to this region. Enjoy Iguazu Falls on the Argentine side!

Our excursion to Iguazu on the Argentine side starts in the morning with the pick-up at your hotel, followed by a visit to the Argentine national park and its three main circuits. There is a quick stop in the afternoon for lunch, but you can continue if you want. Then, you can take the boat tour to the falls. At the end of the day, we will transfer you back to the hotel.

The activity: Iguazu Falls (Argentina Side)

Between approximately 7:30-8:00 am, pick-up from your lodging in Puerto Iguazu or Foz de Iguazu to start a full-day excursion to the Iguazu Falls (Argentine Side).

Upon arrival at the visitor center area and after taking your entrance ticket, it’s time to start the excursion to the national park. Here, you will visit the three main circuits:

1. Upper Circuit Trail: A 1550-meter circuit where you can get a beautiful panoramic view of the waterfalls.
2. Lower Circuit Trail: This 1400-meter circuit makes you feel as if you are going into the jungle. After walking through the jungle for a while, you can see an amazing view of the falls. At the end of the circuit, you can get very close to the Bosseti Waterfalls, getting soaked and hearing their sound. It’s truly a unique experience!
3. Devil’s Throat Trail: This famous circuit lets you approach very close to the amazing Devil’s Throat and see where the water starts to fall from the Rio Iguazu. Here is where you can really see why Iguazu Falls is one of the most famous destinations in the world. This circuit lasts around 1100 meters. You arrive at the area via the Ecological Train of the Jungle. The train is another great attraction in the area. The Devil’s Throat is an amazing place in the park! Be ready to enjoy this unique location!

In the afternoon, there is a stop for lunch at the park. You can have lunch with the group in Fortin Cataratas (don’t forget to add it to your reservation), or you can bring your own food (but you can continue enjoying the area if you prefer to eat a snack). There are two options, as there is a restaurant and a snack area. Both are available.

Optional: At some point during the day, our guide will ask you if you want to take the boat navigation tour to the falls. This is a highly recommended tour, where you can discover the falls from the river and get soaked by their waters (remember to bring extra clothes!). Keep in mind that you will do this tour instead of the Lower Circuit – we still recommend doing the boat navigation anyway. You can also take the optional Gran Aventura, a combination of trekking, a 4×4 ride, and boat navigation to enjoy the unique natural environment. Both activities are available as optional. Check with your guide or book in advance with us.

At the end of the day (around 16:00 to 17:00), we will transfer you back to your hotel to rest and recharge for your next tour to Iguazu! Remember to visit both sides of the waterfalls. These are different experiences of the same natural place! Both parks are amazing.
