Half-Day Horseback Riding – Cave Route

Itinerary

The experience begins with pick-up from your hotel and transfer to the stable. Upon arrival, you will be equipped with all necessary riding gear and assigned your horse.

From the stable, the ride begins toward the cave area. The route includes visits to Ana Kakenga, a cave known for its two lava tubes that open to a cliff overlooking the ocean. The journey continues to Ana Te Pora, recognized for its large internal space, and then to Ana Te Pahu, a longer and larger cave located in the Roiho sector, historically used as a refuge by the Rapa Nui people.

During the visit, you may observe traces of ancient use, including cooking areas, agricultural remains, and petroglyphs. After completing the route, you will return to the starting stable and then be transferred back to your hotel.
