Half-Day Trekking Tour to Vilama Waterfall
The experience begins with hotel pick-up in San Pedro de Atacama, followed by a short transfer of approximately 10 km to the trekking starting point.
Upon arrival, you will receive trekking equipment, including helmets and poles, before beginning the descent through the Vilama River gorge.
The hike continues for around 40 minutes, following the river until reaching the Vilama Waterfall, where water flows into natural pools surrounded by rock formations.
At the site, there is free time to relax, take photos, and optionally bathe in the river, with a recommendation to bring swimwear from the hotel.
After the break, the return follows the same route back to the vehicle, followed by transfer to San Pedro de Atacama and hotel drop-off.
