The experience begins with hotel pick-up in San Pedro de Atacama, followed by a short drive toward the Cordillera de la Sal.
Upon arrival in Vallecito, you will explore landscapes shaped by erosion and mineral composition, often compared to the surface of Mars. The visit includes a stop at an old salt mine, where you will observe rock salt formations and remnants of historical mining activity.
The tour continues with the exploration of unique desert elements, including relics such as an abandoned bus, now part of the area’s distinctive scenery.
The experience concludes with a sunset from a panoramic viewpoint, offering wide views of the surrounding desert before returning to your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama.
