Grey Glacier Navigation
Your adventure begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Puerto Natales, followed by a direct transfer to Hotel Lago Grey. Upon arrival, you will check in at reception, which must be completed one hour before departure.
After check in, a short transfer takes you to the Pingo River bridge. From there, you begin a gentle walk through the forest until reaching the shores of Grey Lake. You will continue along the beach until arriving at the boarding area for the Grey III catamaran.
Once on board, the navigation begins across the milky waters of Grey Lake, sailing among floating icebergs of striking shapes and shades. After approximately one hour, the vessel reaches the immense Grey Glacier, one of the largest glaciers in the area and part of the Southern Patagonian Ice Field, one of the largest freshwater reserves in the world.
You will remain in front of the glacier to admire its deep blue tones, dramatic walls, and crevasses. This moment offers exceptional photographic opportunities and a close appreciation of the natural force of the ice. After enjoying the view, the return journey follows the same route back across the lake.
This navigation is considered one of the must do activities during a visit to Torres del Paine, with unique landscapes of floating ice, native vegetation, and the towering massifs of the park.

Yes. Transfers from Puerto Natales are optional and must be requested in advance.

Once you’ve completed your booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of your purchase. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive the voucher you’ll need to participate in the excursions.
If you’ve booked an excursion for the following day, don’t worry. We’ll make sure to send you the voucher before the excursion begins.
