• A full refund will apply to requests made more than 10 business days prior to the date of the tour.
• A 80% refund of the full booking amount will apply to requests made between 1 and 10 business days prior to the date of the tour.
• No refunds or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after, the day of the tour.
• Customers are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling a booking. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in charges for the full booking amount, using the payment method provided during the initial booking.
• In exceptional cases of extenuating circumstances, we offer a one-time cancellation fee waiver:
• Inclement Weather: The company may consider waiving cancellation fees in situations where adverse weather conditions prevent the customer from arriving on the scheduled date and time.
• Unforeseen Emergencies: The company may consider waiving cancellation fees in the event of a personal emergency, such as a family crisis or sudden travel disruption.
• In cases where the business has explicitly advised against providing the service, however the customer has insisted on proceeding, the customer may not retain the right to cancel.
• Customer Failed to Explain Their Needs: Should the customer fail to adequately explain their needs to the business, they may not retain the right to cancel.

After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, in less than 24 hours, you will receive the voucher that you can use to take the excursions.

If the reservation is for the next day, we will be attentive and we will send you the voucher before your excursion begins.

Buses operate approximately every 20 to 30 minutes, adjusted to cruise ship arrival and departure times.
