Where to Store Your Luggage at Iguazu Falls

Where to Store Your Luggage at Iguazu Falls

Visiting Iguazu Falls but don’t know where to leave your luggage? You’re not alone! Many travelers explore this natural wonder during a short stop between flights or on a day trip. Having access to lockers can make your visit smoother and more enjoyable.

Let’s go over where and how you can store your bags—both on the Brazilian and Argentinian sides of the park.

Lockers at Iguazu Falls – Brazilian Side

If you’re visiting the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls and arriving from Puerto Iguazú, you’ll find a luggage storage room with lockers near the entrance of the Brazilian National Park.

The locker area is located about 50 meters from the car drop-off area. There are around 60 lockers, so it’s important to arrive early, especially during high season.

Locker dimensions:

  • Height: 82 cm

  • Depth: 68 cm

  • Width: 48 cm

These lockers are suitable for small and medium-sized bags. If you’re traveling light for a day trip, they should work fine. However, if you’re carrying larger luggage due to a multi-country trip, space may be tight—so plan accordingly.

Tip: Arrive early not just to get a locker, but to fully enjoy the park with enough time for photos, views, and wildlife spotting.

Lockers at Iguazu Falls – Argentinian Side

On the Argentinian side, lockers are also available at the entrance to Iguazú National Park. You’ll find the storage room next to the ticket booth, about 10 meters from the vehicle drop-off point.

Please note:

  • Hours: Open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • To rent a locker, go to the souvenir shop next to the ticket booth, pay at the cashier, and you’ll receive a key and lock

There are two sizes of lockers available:

Large Locker

  • Height: 68 cm

  • Depth: 68 cm

  • Width: 50 cm

Good for medium-sized suitcases

Small Locker

  • Height: 38 cm

  • Depth: 38 cm

  • Width: 20 cm

Perfect for small bags and valuables

Keep in mind: There are only about 15 lockers, so it’s a good idea to get there early, especially if you’re traveling during peak hours.

Now that you know where to store your luggage at Iguazu Falls, you’re ready to explore one of the most stunning natural attractions in the world—stress-free and hands-free!
