When you travel to Argentina or Chile or maybe to combine both countries, an important point to know is the approximated flight times between main cities. These are large countries with at least 5000 km from north to south, so it`s nice to check how many hours we have to fly to combine for example Buenos Aires and Iguazu, or Santiago to Punta Arenas. Well, we present here an infographic with the most important flight times in Argentina and Chile:

So, what are the largest flights? Definitely, two are the larger flights: Buenos Aires to Ushuaia, with a 3:30 hour flight, and Santiago to  Punta Arenas, with a 3:20 hour flight.

From destinations in Chile to destinations in Argentina (and viceversa)

But, is it possible to fly from Santiago to Iguazu Falls for example? Or from Buenos Aires to Calama to visit the Atacama Desert? Well, usually it´s not possible if you think in a direct non stop flight. Usually, combinations between cities in Argentina and Chile are not direct. So, to if you want to take a flight from Santiago de Chile to Iguazu Falls, you usually have to make a stop in Buenos Aires and fly Santiago to Buenos Aires and then from Buenos Aires to Iguazu Falls. Same situation for Buenos Aires to Calama for example, you have to go Buenos Aires to Santiago and then from Santiago de Chile to Calama.
