Floating the Limay River
The Limay River is the best way to go over the Patagonian steppe. You will float among rock formations of volcanic origin, while watching birds and other animals that inhabit the river banks, such as guanacos and deer.
We leave Bariloche, heading East, along route 237, bordering the Limay River. A few minutes later, we get to La Lonja, where our put-in is. After a short explanatory talk, we are given a life vest and a paddle in order to start the adventure. Once in the water, aboard the rafts, we will start our trip and we will float along the famous Anfiteatro (Amphitheater), Las Mellizas (the Twin Sisters), and Segunda Angostura (Second Angostura).
After a two-hour ride, upon ending the trip near Villa Llanquín, we are received with cozy Patagonian hospitality at “El Mangrullo” (the guard tower), a comfortable shelter by the river, where we can relax and enjoy the flavors of the countryside. We then return to Bariloche.

After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, in less than 24 hours, you will receive the voucher that you can use to take the excursions.
If the reservation is for the next day, we will be attentive and we will send you the voucher before your excursion begins.

Class: I and II
Class 1. Easy.
Moving water, with small waves, clear passages, almost no obstructions.
Class 2. Novice.
Rapids with wide, clear channels which are evident without scouting. Occasional maneuvering may be required, but waves, rocks, and other obstacles are easily missed.
Just complete the booking form. When you finish will be redirected to Paypal where you can pay the tour. You can pay without an account and with your credit card. 
Once you’ve completed your booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of your purchase. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive the voucher you’ll need to participate in the excursions.
If you’ve booked an excursion for the following day, don’t worry. We’ll make sure to send you the voucher before the excursion begins.
